Joe Biden’s Blue Lagoon ‘Chip Collection’ Unmasked As Weird Radio Ends

When news broke that Joe Biden had sent his “Ambassador” to retrieve a chippy Blue Lagoon, something certainly smelled a little fishy.

And precisely, it is because it was none other than the pranksters of Pure Radio behind the scenario.

Earlier today, we reported that workers at the Blue Lagoon on Queen Street claimed that a representative for Joe Biden visited the store to deliver a fish supper to the US President.

The pranksters pretended to be employees of the US President and even arrived in a Presidential-style car.

If you take a very close look at the photo, behind the face mask and sunglasses, the “ambassador” is actually the king of radio pranks Robin Galloway.

On Pure Radio’s Twitter account, they revealed they were behind the lunchtime ordering.

They wrote: “We dressed as American delegates and ordered a chippy for President Biden…”

In the clip, the ambassador can be seen phoning the chip shop and asking for recommendations from the US president.

The staff member on the phone recommends that she try a deep fried Mars Bar.

The fans loved the prank.

They wrote: “This is one of the best closeouts ever!”

Another added: “Haha a classic @djrobingalloway real life ends. ”

Before the prank was revealed, Blue Lagoon manager Gianluca Varese told the Daily Record: “Today at noon we received a visit from an American Ambassador to our branch at 151 Queen Street who claimed picking up a fish supper for President Biden !! “

Joe Biden arrived in Glasgow with great fanfare on Monday morning as world leaders gathered for the climate change conference.
